There are a lot of old Inflex installations out there on servers, which are still sending emails to the "intended recipient".

Please check with your system administrator and ask them if they have installed 'Inflex' onto your mailserver. Many reports have turned out to be from administrators installing Inflex without informing their staff. One quick way to check is to send yourself an email and check the headers to see if you have something like the following in it;

X-scanned: Scanned by Inflex....
