Quite likely you're going to spend a lot of your working time in your office if you're into the internet business way of life, so it makes sense that you want to make it as functional as possible. If you're working from a home office it's often very difficult to achieve everything. One of the biggest culprits to workflow that I've found is people wandering in at the most crucial of times and sitting down to have a big yarn with you, a good double lockout system works very well here, I have two doors of which I'll lock when things are needing to be done now (like tax returns or customer quotes).
